By using WheelDesk you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These Terms are between you and Abhijeet Dattatraya Sambvekar, operating as WheelDesk, a sole proprietorship registered in Maharashtra, India.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract under Indian law. You must have a valid demat and trading account with an Indian broker to execute any trades you may consider based on WheelDesk analysis.

WheelDesk is a financial information platform that provides stock screening scores, technical and fundamental analysis data, educational content, and an AI-powered analytical assistant. All outputs are for informational and educational purposes only.

WheelDesk is not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser or Research Analyst. The WSS score, AI Assistant responses, and all other platform outputs are analytical tools — not advice, recommendations, or signals. You must conduct your own research and take independent professional advice before making any investment decision.

WheelDesk offers three monthly subscription plans, all billed via Razorpay auto-debit mandate and inclusive of 18% GST:

Base: ₹499/month (includes 18% GST).

Pro: ₹699/month (includes 18% GST).

Premium: ₹999/month (includes 18% GST).

Pre-debit notification: You will receive a notification 24 hours before each auto-renewal as required by RBI guidelines.

Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Access is retained until period end.

Plan changes: You may upgrade or downgrade between plans at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.

No prorated refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. If you cancel, you retain access until your paid period ends.

Failed payments: Razorpay will retry failed payments on Day 3, 5, and 7. After 3 failed retries, a 7-day grace period begins before access is downgraded.

You may not: scrape or copy WheelDesk data, reverse-engineer the WSS methodology for commercial use, share your account credentials, use the platform for any unlawful purpose, or misrepresent WheelDesk analysis as investment advice to others.

The WheelDesk AI Assistant is powered by Anthropic Claude. All AI responses are labelled ANALYSIS — NOT ADVICE. You must consent to AI interaction before first use. AI responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. Verify all information independently before acting.

All platform content, WSS methodology, scoring algorithms, and software are the intellectual property of WheelDesk. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WheelDesk is not liable for any trading losses, financial losses, or consequential damages arising from your use of this platform. Our total liability in any event shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms. You may download your data within 30 days of termination. After 30 days, data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

Options trading involves significant risk. The wheel strategy, like all options strategies, can result in losses including assignment of shares at unfavourable prices. Past performance of any stock, score, or strategy shown on WheelDesk is not indicative of future results. WheelDesk does not guarantee accuracy of data sourced from NSE/BSE or other providers.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra. We encourage you to contact us at legal@wheeldesk.in before initiating any legal proceedings.
