Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation
You may cancel your WheelDesk subscription at any time from your Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access until that date. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
No Prorated Refunds
WheelDesk does not offer prorated refunds for partial subscription periods. If you cancel mid-month, you keep access until the end of the paid period — we do not refund the unused days.
Plan Changes
You may upgrade or downgrade between Base (₹499), Pro (₹699), and Premium (₹999) plans at any time from your Account Settings. Plan changes take effect at the start of your next billing period. No partial-month adjustments or refunds are issued for downgrades.
Exceptional Refunds
If you were charged incorrectly due to a technical error on our part, email support@wheeldesk.in within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate and issue a refund within 5–7 business days if the error is confirmed.
